I’ve been making short films that help me process me emotions. I have been sharing them on a private Instagram account. I have decided to be brave and share them here. I get so much release and joy from making films, although Art has always been how I process my emotional landscape. My recent films all deal with grief and loss after the death of my Father’s and the end of my 12 year relationship. My healing journey has been through film making, Kundalini yoga and new healing friendships. I want to post weekly films as a way of working that creative muscle.
