Digital hearts is a project I have been researching for an exhibition I plan to have in 2025. It is inspired by the complexities of modern relationships and influenced by my experience of using online dating apps. The exhibition is autobiographical but I examine how experiences using technology shape our connection and intimacy. It explores themes of authenticity, vulnerability and the blurred boundaries between digital and physical reality. For the past two years, as an artist I have been researching and collecting digital fragments from these spaces. I am presently making Risograph prints inspired by dating apps and online dialogues. I am having fun creating the prints and to be honest it is healthier use of creative energy than meeting strangers online. I will share autobiographical narratives and play with themes centered around my lived experience as a woman and in these spaces.
